Refund Eligibility:

  • GoTrade4Me offers refunds for Forex Trading Robots within 45 days of the original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a refund, the request must be made within the specified 45-day period.

How to Request a Refund:

  1. Email our support team at support@gotrade4me.com within 45 days of your purchase.
  2. Include your order number, the name of the Forex Trading Robot, and a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.

Refund Process:

  • Upon receiving your request, our team will review it and determine eligibility. If the request was made within the 45 days timeframe it will automatically be approved with no explanation needed. We just ask for your reviews/opinions to make our product even better.
  • When approved, refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Services or products not directly purchased through GoTrade4Me.
  • Any request made after the 45-day refund period as stated above.
